INNOVATION Quebec

One of the largest geographic area’s in North America, Québec covers 1,667,926km2. Its borders spans from Ontario to New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador, and from the U.S. border to the Arctic. As an international hub of innovation, Québec is world renown in fields such as AI and Bio Technology, as well as many more. Along with its major urban centres of Montreal and Québec City, its many regions are also the home of world class research and innovation. Over 200 academic and commercial organizations foster the growth of Québec’s vibrant innovation ecosystem.

INNOVATION Québec is a tech-enabled coffee-table book featuring the champions and leaders of Québec innovation, both the well-established, and the disruptors alike. Its 400+ pages feature stories by the organizations that are shaping the Québec of today and tomorrow through research, mentoring, facilitating, and funding. This important showcase also features exclusive Thought Leader pieces by Québec’s visionaries and leaders in innovation. Through its unique Augmented Reality videos, images on the book’s pages come to life when scanned with the free Global Village Publishing app for IOS and Android.

INNOVATION Québec is co-produced and edited by Luc Sirois, Québec’s Chief Innovation Officer, and The Québec Innovation Council.

The inaugural edition of INNOVATION Québec and web platform is an important reference, and can be used as a “toolbox” for entrepreneurs to seek out organizations and leaders in their respective field who can offer assistance with growing and prospering in Québec.

En plus de ses grands centres urbains que sont Montréal et Québec, ses nombreuses régions sont également le siège de recherches et d’innovations de classe mondiale. Plus de 200 organisations universitaires et commerciales y favorisent la croissance de l’écosystème d’innovation dynamique du Québec.

INNOVATION Québec est un livre de référence qui présente les champions et les chefs de file de l’innovation au Québec. Ses plus de 400 pages présentent les histoires des organisations qui façonnent le Québec d’aujourd’hui et de demain par la recherche, le mentorat, la facilitation et le financement. Cette importante vitrine présente également des articles exclusifs sur les leaders d’opinion, rédigés par des visionnaires et des chefs de file de l’innovation au Québec. Grâce à ses vidéos uniques en réalité augmentée, les images des pages du livre prennent vie lorsqu’elles sont placées sous la caméra de votre téléphone à l’aide de l’application gratuite Global Village Publishing pour iOS et Android.
