Founded by Rashi Arora-Khosla, an accomplished Enterprise Architect, and CEO of MARS Solutions Group, she launched MARS with boot strap capital and grew it organically into a thriving multimillion dollar business. Prior to her work with MARS Solutions Group, Rashi has served in technical and management positions and has been retained as a consultant for several Milwaukee companies in various industries. She has maintained a strong background in business, technology, and process development throughout her career in the information technology arena. Her innovative approach to problem-solving is perhaps her greatest strength as a leader.
Under Rashi’s leadership, MARS Solutions Group has earned numerous awards and accolades, including spots on the Inc 5000 list, the Future 50 list, Minority Supplier of the Year, and several CIO review recognitions.
Most recently, MARS achieved recognition as Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, and Rashi has been named Marketplace Wisconsin’s 2023 CEO of The Year and a 2024 Titan 100.
Rashi is also proud to have earned certifications for MARS Solutions Group as a Women & Minority Business Enterprise (WBENC, NMSDC), and as a Disability owned business (Disability:In). An active community member, Rashi sits on the board for Milwaukee Tech Hub, and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Additionally, she is a member of Tempo Wisconsin and the WBC (Women Business Collaborative) advisory council. Rashi and her company MARS Solutions

Rashi’s journey as an entrepreneur was featured in a national television show, ‘The American Dream’ on Bloomberg TV. The American Dream is an inspiring TV show that shares uplifting stories of people and their businesses modest originations.
When asked what contributing factors have aided in MARS continued growth, Rashi explains, “We help companies reach their DE&I efforts through our network of talent and resources. MARS Solutions Group has been a strong advocate for giving opportunities to people who come from diverse backgrounds. Here at MARS, 44% of our company is female, 56% of our company is male and 86% of our consultants identify as BIPOC.”

In September of 2020, during the height of the COVID pandemic, Rashi and her team successfully launched the MARS Returnship Program aimed at helping women with career gaps return to the workforce through reskilling and upskilling. Participants are provided instructor-led training, mentorship, and a partnership approach to prepare Returners for the modern workplace.
