Founded in 2015, Olist is a benchmark startup in e-commerce solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, focused on operational management, increased competitiveness in marketplaces and multichannel sales.
In 2021, the company acquired Tiny e Vnda, companies based on high technology that offer top-notch services and share the same goal of empowering commerce and offering real growth opportunities for retailers and digital brands to sell more. Later in the year, olist reached the unicorn “status” and is now part of the daily lives of nearly 50 thousand companies.
The Olist solution is a link between brands and the public, with the aim of simplifying the process with the marketplaces and the communication with the sales channels. A platform that guarantees the management of the entire process, from multiple sales channels, orders placed, items in stock, product portfolio, shipping, messages and comments in an integrated way.
For Tiago Dalvi, founder and CEO of Olist, the goal is to continue building complete and functional products. “Our growth is an indication that the accelerated digitalization process has shown new horizons to retailers generally, who continue to make investments in their online stores, even after resuming physical commerce,” he comments. “We have a fragmented market that imposes an extra level of complexity for companies. Our objective in Olist is to build a complete and intelligent ecosystem, to develop these solutions internally or to incorporate products that are most relevant to the segment,” he concludes.
Olist also has two partner companies, which makes the process even more integrated. O Tiny is an ERP management system that gathers information from small and medium-sized companies and organizes them routinely, making daily operations more efficient with the automation of processes. The system is intended for those who sell products or services both in virtual stores and in physical stores.
Vnda is a solution with an emphasis on end to end sales, a platform for virtual retail and brand experience, developed to create e-commerces, including omnichannel operations. Different from Tiny, the platform is intended for companies and brands that already have experience in the market and seek to increase their revenue, guaranteeing stock liquidity, omnichannel and competitiveness on a scale level.
