Since its foundation in 1955, Grupo Servopa has been a true pioneer in the automotive and service sectors, playing a crucial role in Curitiba’s economic landscape. With a vision rooted in sustainable growth, the group expanded its presence with established brands and invested in innovative initiatives to drive the automotive development in Brazil.

The journey began with Servopa S.A., “Volkswagen Services of Paraná,”. Since then, the group has not ceased its upward trajectory, conquering new markets and diversifying its areas of operation. Today, Grupo Servopa is a powerhouse with 43 dealerships in 12 concessions and more than 2,000 employees. In the service sector, Consórcio Servopa stands out, ranking among the top 10 independent administrators in Brazil, holding the 6th position.

Grupo Servopa stands out not only for its size but also for its innovative approach. Their recognition for excellence transcends the borders of Paraná, solidifying the group’s reputation as a benchmark for management, service quality, and innovation in sales and after-sales processes, utilizing technologies for enhanced efficiency among other dealers and the OEMs.

Throughout its existence, the group has aimed to stay ahead of its time, introducing innovations from the early informatization of the company in the 80´s to its recent advancements such as technological developments in Consórcio Servopa, as pioneer in 100% online quota sales and digital management through its proprietary phone app. This progress, led by CEO Marcos “Marcola” Celestino, brought agility and improved service to consortium members.

Embracing the trend of mobility as a service, the group created Servopa Sign, specializing in vehicle subscription, a modality recently introduced in Brazil. Servopa Sign has gained rapid enthusiasts, reflecting the commitment of Grupo’s President, Eustache Jean Tsiflidis, to anticipate customer needs.

In 2022, Grupo Servopa became a dealer for the Chinese brand BYD “Build your Dreams”. Since then, the partnership has significantly expanded the brand’s presence in Paraná. Commercial and expansion director Roger Wolf Pedroso plays a crucial role in opening doors for BYD, generating significant growth in the Paraná market.

In addition to external innovations, Grupo Servopa has always been dedicated to innovating its internal processes. Under the leadership of Director Sergio Goloubeff, the group created internal control areas that automated and improved the audit process, ensuring greater control over risks and losses.
