Global Village Publishing Canada is delighted to announce the promotion of Brahm Glickman to Vice President of their Canadian Publications division.

Brahm Glickman

As publishers of the INNOVATEā„¢ Canadian series, Global Village Publishing Canada collects, showcases, and connects the 100 most innovative companies and thought leadersā€™ success stories from the most energizing Canadian cities, provinces and industries. The INNOVATEā„¢ books are a 300+ page in-depth study and AR video series of the people, companies, products, and services leading a cityā€™s or regionā€™s innovation ecosystem.

Brahm has always been an avid lover of books; this passion combined with his interest in technology and innovation position him well for his new role. Working with Global Village Publishing is the perfect culmination of his business experience and his tenacious enthusiasm for the printed book.

Brahm first joined Global Village Publishing Canada as an Associate Publisher to produce the companyā€™s first Canadian books: INNOVATEā„¢ Montreal, INNOVATEā„¢ Ottawa, and AI QUƉBEC. His expertise enabled him to create these legacy publications that bring the innovation ecosystem of the respective regions together. All three books were warmly welcomed and widely praised throughout the innovation communities.

ā€œIt has been a truly rewarding journey,ā€ Brahm says of his experience with Global Village Publishing Canada. ā€œExploring and Mapping out the innovation ecosystems in Canadaā€™s thriving cities and regions has been both inspiring and enlightening.ā€

As Vice President of Global Village Publishing Canada, Brahm will continue to expand the Canadian series, with two of his next projects including INNOVATEā„¢ Toronto and INNOVATEā„¢ Alberta.

INNOVATEā„¢ Toronto is in advanced stages of production and promises to be another great addition to the Canadian series. Sponsored by the MaRS Discovery District the book showcases the organizations and individuals leading the way in innovation in Toronto, one of North Americaā€™s fastest growing cities.

The INNOVATEā„¢ Alberta book project was recently launched, recognizing the wealth of innovation stemming from Western Canada.
