Strongly supported by human, technological and financial resources, the Seccional group is part of an innovation network with 16 companies operating in the most diverse areas, notably: telecommunications, lighting, energy, research and development, real estate, finance and the exclusive distribution and representation for Brazil of the Japanese tire brand Yokohama, among other brands of tires and automotive accessories.
After investing since 1976 in innovative projects showing good results, it institutionalized a network of companies, concentrating its efforts in this area on partners: Seccional Brasil S.A., DigerSul Comércio Ltda and Guacemmi Participações Societárias Ltda.
In addition to sharing back-office operations such as finance, accounting, information technology and human resources in its CSC – Shared Solutions Center, the group provides group companies with its own laboratory, network of researchers from official institutions, legal support for manufacturing of Invention Patents before the World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO and in some cases carrying out the assignment or licensing of rights to their patents and technologies.
The high degree of innovative activity in the Innovation Network is proven by the dozens of patents granted to the network’s companies and their professionals, as well as the success in the market with satisfactory financial results.
