Mr. Paladino has served as President of the New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO) since 1994. Under his leadership, DEVCO has developed 8.3 million square feet in residential, commercial, academic, and institutional development projects valued at $3.5 billion. By establishing unique public-private partnerships, Mr. Paladino has successfully completed numerous projects to not only achieve key redevelopment objectives but to also address important public policy goals.

Currently under development through Paladino’s leadership is the $900 million Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey Jack and Sheryl Morris Cancer Center project and a $55 million new elementary school. Also underway is H-1 @ The HELIX, a $730 million facility that will the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a Translational Research facility in partnership with Rutgers University and the New Jersey Innovation Hub providing space for start-ups and entrepreneurs. Most recently, Paladino lead the completion of the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center and residential tower.

Prior projects completed under Mr. Paladino’s stewardship have included the development of the new Atlantic City campus for Stockton University, the South Jersey Gas headquarters, the College Avenue Redevelopment Initiative on the Rutgers-New Brunswick campus, and the renovation of the former Rutgers Law School in Newark as university housing, together with many other key redevelopment projects in New Brunswick and throughout New Jersey.

Paladino received both his bachelor’s and law degrees from Rutgers University. He has served as a Distinguished Senior Policy Fellow at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University and was honored by the University as a Loyal Son of Rutgers. Paladino also received an Honorary Doctorate in Public Service from Stockton University. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Board and as a Director of South Jersey Industries. He previously served as a Member of the Rutgers Business School Real Estate Executive Committee.
