Brazil Society is the mastermind behind Brazil Fashion Forum and Sounds of Brazil, two of Miami’s most-anticipated events that bring high-level Brazilian culture and lifestyle into the heart of the city. Brazil Society curates not just special moments but also provides important, real sales and marketing results to its clients, partners, and sponsors while supporting brands to develop their value in the U.S.

In its first year (2017), Brazil Fashion Forum was named South Florida’s best Brazilian cultural event, and since Sounds of Brazil began, it has brought renowned artists like Dado-Villa Lobos and Marcelo Bonfa of Legião Urbana, Marina Lima, Vanessa da Mata, Paulo Ricardo, Paula Toller, Barao Vermelho, and Adriana Calcanhotto to eager Miami audiences.

The initiatives are pioneering in the way they bring upmarket events to Miami’s worlds of fashion and art, and specifically to the wondrous Faena District. Brazil Society is proud to participate in the district’s “Rethink Experience,” an initiative to which not only Faena but also the Consulate General of Brazil in Miami, through its “Journey through Brazilian experiences,” lends it support.

Brazil Society’s stunning events are born of its founders’ passion for entrepreneurship and Brazilian culture. Creative Director Flavia Marchesini has vast experience in corporate sales and marketing, having worked for Citibank for 14 years. Christiano Marchesini, Brazil Society’s CEO, brings extensive experience in financial services (Citibank and HSBC) and luxury retail (Cartier). Both created and developed the Brazil Fashion Forum at the Faena Forum and the Sounds of Brazil Series together with M2 Connection and Faena Live.

Held annually at the Faena Forum, Brazil Fashion Forum showcases Brazilian culture through fashion and art in an exclusive experience event. Brazilian designers display their masterpieces on the fashion runway surrounded by a fashion gallery, a forum with exclusive talks, and pop-ups for exclusive sales during the event—all curated by talented fashion experts.

The 2019 gallery featured sustainable fashion by Martha Medeiros, and Barbara Fialho served as the 2019 Fashion Ambassador. Sinesia Karol, Ostra Brasil, Maison Alexandrin, and Cecilia Prado presented their newest collections for the first time in Miami. In its aim to create a new international fashion event, Brazil Fashion Forum has drawn the support of Chopard, UBS, L’Oreal, Artefacto, and others.

“We are delighted to sponsor Brazil Forum because it provides our clients a wonderful opportunity to participate in a dazzling event that brings the best of Brazil creativity and style to the US,” UBS has said.

Sounds of Brazil is equally sophisticated and ambitious in its aim to showcase the best of Brazilian culture. Sounds of Brazil started in 2016, is produced by M2 Connection, and brings the best of Brazilian music to Miami in a high-level production.

Important sponsors like Avianca Brasil, BTD, Faena Theater, Fragomen, Ornare, and Artefacto have supported the series, creating a sophisticated and unique experience for their VIP clients and celebrities. With its team’s deep experience, style, and ambition, Brazil Society’s stunning, sophisticated events showcase the best of Brazil—and uplift Miami in the process.
