The institution is also actively engaged in the discovery and application of therapeutic molecules for chronic degenerative diseases. Its operations span applied research, technological development, innovation, and industrial production. IBMP boasts a state-of-the-art facility of 2200m², certified in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), alongside an additional 1500m² dedicated to Research & Development and innovation.
IBMP’s prowess in science, technology, and innovation is not just attributed to its advanced laboratories and equipment but, more importantly, to its highly skilled team. This team encompasses professionals in Management, Production, Quality, Technological Development, and Health Innovation. The technical staff includes approximately 170 employees, with over 50 holding master’s and Ph.D. degrees.
