Events that foster innovation
The range of events and activities carried out in partnership with the private sector, updates, qualifies and improves members and the community in the areas of marketing, innovation, business management, sales and communication. Events include the Top of Marketing and Personalities Awards, Estrela ADVB and Business Connect. “We always seek to foster innovation through events held by us and those we support. This year, in addition to the great writer and innovation specialist, Walter Longo, who always makes us rack our brains with his out-of-the-box knowledge, we had the honor of bringing to Estrela ADVB, one of the entity’s main events, one of the biggest references in innovation around the world: the co-founder and CEO of IXL in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Hitendra Patel. The Indian is a reference when it comes to innovation and this exchange of experiences with someone with a different culture, in addition to a huge knowledge, was of great value to executives and businesspeople from Paraná state”, highlights the president of ADVB/PR, Claudio Stringari.

Study group on innovation and trends
Created at the beginning of 2022, the ADVB Paraná Future and Trends Center (NFT) aims to summarize the latest developments, providing insights that can help professionals decide on their businesses and projects. The Center uses innovative research methodologies that assertively project the future and market trends.

The NFT comprises 40 advisors, leading professionals, who are distributed into seven squads, divided by areas. “We made this division so that these groups could study future trends within their areas of activity, separated into the areas of strategic planning, communication, marketing and sales, people management, mental health and integrity, innovation and ISD trends and products digital and technologies. In this way, we were able to guide our research during 2022 and 2023, with a focused approach and finding real solutions for each of the areas”, reveals Stringari.
