The history of 2iM permeates and reflects the life purpose of its founders, Cesar Abicalaffe and Josiane Justus who were born in the state of Paraná, in southern Brazil. They have developed their careers as healthcare professionals and have dedicated themselves since their postgraduation to supporting and influencing the transformation of healthcare management, which is integral for the sustainability of any nation by creating innovations, frameworks, and systems that have followed the rapid technological evolution of recent times.
Thus, in 2011, 2iM was born as a start-up, incubated at TECPAR, and influenced by the thriving culture of innovation in the capital of Paraná. In its core, is the belief that it is possible to combine sustainable business models with ethical and human-focused practices, in order to provide the best and most effective treatments and adequate health conditions for all. Today, 2iM is a scale-up, with a consolidated presence in the Brazilian health market and expanding to other countries in Latin America and Europe.
