The Oeiras tower is an emblematic building located right in a strategic area of the city of Oeiras. This edification is more known as the Tower due to its 56mts of height, 13 floors and its total of 5.900 square metres that stands out clearly on the line of the horizon of the landscape.
With its 12 floors of offices with 459 square metres of useful area and a 360 view of the city and the ocean, this building provides an answer to those looking for working space in the area. Right now, we are ready to officially start commercialising this building’s factions, however the first two (2) floors are reserved for our own brand District – Offices and Lifestyle to be occupied also by companies who wish for a turnkey solution.
There are 12 offices with different areas appropriate for different companies and different types of needs, with a total of 117 seated spaces we aim to offer a modern, comfortable space to work in with a unique and amazing view of the whole city. These two (2) floors at the District Offices and Lifestyle has two (2) common meeting rooms for all companies of the building in order to provide them with a more private, quiet and larger space for their meetings.
On the ground floor there is a cafeteria area for common use that serves as a meeting area for all building users where they can enjoy their work break in a relaxed and laid-back environment. This is the space envisioned for companies to feel the sense of community where they can share ideas and improve their businesses.
Located near the shopping centre Oeiras Park, the Tower offers 225 parking spots on a three (3) down floor garage that serves not only the building users but also the general public.
We have available three (3) types of monthly fees; day usage, night usage and whole day.
The office fraction’s prices go from 11€ per square metre + IVA., per month and each of them are equipped with:
• False ceiling for more acoustic isolation
• High flooring structure
• Private bathrooms
• With water and drainage/sewage points for the installation of a small kitchen
• Double glass windows to conserve the temperature inside
• Energetic certificate class C
The District – Offices and Lifestyle have different prices from the rest of the floors of the Tower but also comes with different advantages. From 120 € per month, for the seated work station, companies will benefit from:
• Fully decorated office spaces with desks,chairs, illumination and drawers
• Air conditioning
• Wi-Fi
• Two (2) meeting rooms for the usage of the two (2) floors
• High flooring structure
