Perspective on Innovation
TechTHiNQ’s technology expertise runs deep. With a solid foundation built in the corporate world working for industry giants such as Motorola and Intel combined with technology agency experience, no firm is better suited to shape complex subject matter into high-impact public relations programs. Whether its info-tech, health-tech or clean-tech, we excel at developing exciting stories of interest.
For nearly a decade, TechTHiNQ has represented the Arizona Technology Council and watched the technology sector explode and excitement build in Arizona’s innovation ecosystem. We witnessed the relocation of Benchmark as it selected Phoenix for the building of its new global headquarters and took part in its ground-breaking ceremony where Arizona Governor Doug Ducey lifted the first shovel. We’ve seen the success of Digital Air Strike as it transformed from a true pioneer in social media and digital engagement to the most-awarded company in its industry, serving thousands of business across the U.S. and Canada. We’ve also watched PADT continue to add product development, 3D Printing and simulation products and services, building on its 25 years of success. Through it all, we’ve been especially proud to call these industry leaders our clients.
Perhaps the best part of Phoenix’s story is that it has just begun. No city in the country has gone through a greater transformation in recent years, as can be clearly seen in the downtown area that was once void of residents. People moving to the heart of the city coupled with the opening of the bio-science campus and the influx of technology companies is an indication of something special going on here. TechTHiNQ is grateful to be a part of it.
You can waste your lives drawing lines. Or you can live your life crossing them.- Shonda Rhimes
Phoenix is young, without the roadblocks or heavy baggage of some of our nation’s more entrenched metropolitan areas. Whether you’re building a business or looking to make life-long friends, if you knock on doors you’ll find them open. “Generous” is one of the chosen themes of our innovation ecosystem and it truly resonates.
The Future of Innovation
Starting a business takes time, dedication and resources. The good news is that Phoenix’s innovation ecosystem is known for its generosity, so don’t be afraid to ask for help. Give first by sharing your knowledge and time with others, then selectively seek out the thought leaders you need to help your business succeed.
Advice & Best Practices
The momentum in Phoenix’s culture of innovation is building rapidly, but not without obstacles. Construction and real estate are deeply rooted in our economy and mindsets take time to change. To become an innovation mecca, Phoenix needs to convince angel investors to diversify their holdings and provide the seed capital necessary to promising companies so they can attract venture capital and accelerate growth.
