We first opened our doors in Seattle’s world-famous Pike Place Market in 1992 and have since become a beloved local fixture. Our mission: to bring a world of flavors to the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
For over three decades, we’ve been serving delicious handmade baked goods and specialty items to visitors from around the world. Our handmade original pies and pastries have earned the praise and loyal following of notable chefs, hungry locals, foodies, and travelers in search of a taste of PNW culture.
As a unique feature of Seattle’s culinary landscape, we take pride in providing our customers with tastes from across the globe. Our menu has grown to include traditional savory and sweet recipes such as our Beef & Onion Piroshky or Cinnamon Cardamom Braid, as well as flavors from the PNW and around the world like the Smoked Salmon Pâté Piroshky, Chicken Curry & Rice Piroshky, or our Vegan Veggie Chipotle Piroshky.
