Olympus Pools is a pioneer in technology within the pool industry. Each one of our 3 showrooms is equipped with state of the art software so that our customers can enjoy an interactive buying experience. From virtual headsets to touch screen kiosks, our customers can see their ideas come to life and have a better vision of what their dream backyard will look like. We also provide our quotes through an online contracting platform, allowing customers to review the details of their project at their convenience.
Our highly skilled designers are trained on a software program called Pool Studio. Pool studio is a 3D design tool that we use to bring our clients vision to life. This intuitive interface not only allows our designers to create a live video of a custom designed pool but also the client’s entire home and backyard space as well. With this technology, our clients can see exactly what their future backyard will look like from a 360 angle, from dawn to dusk. Designing a beautiful pool and backyard space with Olympus Pools is an experience in itself. Our three luxury showrooms, located in Lutz, Lakeland and Lakewood Ranch/Bradenton, were all designed to allow our clients to not only see what their dream design would look like, but to feel and touch the elements as well. Clients can compare different types and styles of deck material, such as travertine or pavers, as well as see samples of the many pool interior finishes available.
All of our showrooms also have an outdoor kitchen display for our clients who wish to add this feature to their outdoor living area. By immersing themselves in the elements, our clients can truly envision what their future backyard space and pool will look like. We encourage our clients to come into our showrooms and sit down with their designer so they can see their ideas come to life. Our sales designers are trained to provide an interactive experience and create a custom backyard design for each and every client. They take their time to show every component and thanks to the innovative software, can make changes or upgrades in seconds.
After a client has moved forward with their pool purchase, they are invited to take advantage of a user-friendly application called BuilderTrend. Olympus Pools was one of the first pool companies to utilize this software, which was created for contractors. Olympus pools completely customized BuilderTrend to fit both our industry and our clients’ needs. This software not only helps our team of schedulers and project managers streamline the construction process but it also allows each customer to communicate internally within the company, pay invoices directly and access important information on their project such as scheduling, documents and photos. Olympus Pools is a company that is constantly looking to improve in all areas, including client communication, which is why they have chosen to integrate such a client friendly application into their business.
2020 has been a year to remember. As with many other businesses, we experienced some major challenges as we faced a global pandemic. Our employees and clients’ safety has always remained our top priority, even as we continue to see a historical increase for demand in our industry. As many families suddenly found themselves working remotely and/or attending school online, it ignited a desire for homeowners to improve their outdoor living spaces. Olympus Pools was ready to take on the
challenge. We hired 40% more staff, onboarded more quality subcontractors, expanded our business hours and allocated a new office space for our planning and development, allowing for this department to grow and better serve our clients. Our dedicated and educated staff has worked at full capacity to keep up with high demand for new pools to the best of their ability, continuing to create and build beautiful new pools.
With all of the challenges so many people have faced in 2020, Olympus Pools made sure to help our community and give back. In 2020, Olympus Pools donated over $50,000 to local charities such as Feeding Tampa Bay, local schools, The YMCA, Fire Fighters Charities of Pasco and the American Nurses Foundation.
Olympus Pools is looking forward to continued growth in 2021. Our goal is to bring new pools to life through custom design, quality construction and even better communication.
