OF THE WORLD

FOR TODAY'S BIG THINKERS

As Featured In:

Founded in 1992, NGTC is a non-profit research and development center that specializes in energy technologies. Although the use of natural gas is at the origin of its raison d’être, NGTC has been actively working, since 2007, on integrating new energy sources, notably renewable natural gas, hydrogen, aerothermal and solar thermal energy. Thanks to its team of engineers and technicians, NGTC contributes to reducing GHG emissions through multiple energy efficiency projects, higher performance combustion processes, and developing more eco-friendly products. Its expertise is highly sought after in an era of major energy transitions.

To carry out all these forward-thinking projects, NGTC has a modern laboratory and state-of-the-art instrumentation to innovate, test and evaluate promising energy solutions. NGTC’s laboratory has several specialized test benches, including a climate chamber, a thermal comfort analysis bench, and an infrared test bench.

Energy distributors, HVAC manufacturers, and emerging companies are among NGTC’s clients. What do they have in common? The development of energy technologies. NGTC supports its clients on several levels, including laboratory and on-site tests and services as well as studies and simulations.

During the development of new products, NGTC is a strategic partner for all project stages, from feasibility studies to certification, including tests performed by an independent laboratory. Among NGTC’s achievements is the development of a methodology to control the quality of renewable natural gas before its use. Other projects are illustrated above
