“I became a lawyer by accident,” Theresa admits. Her journey into the legal world was anything but ordinary, setting the tone for the firm. Initially set to acquire a Master’s degree in social work at Rutgers University, a chance class shifted her path, leading her to become one of the first to achieve a dual degree in law and social work. This blend of professions has deeply influenced her approach. “The soul of social work permeates everything I do,” she asserts.
