As a Regional Space for Acceleration and Growth (ERAC) in Laval, it aims to stimulate and enhance the appropriation and integration of innovation in the territory, whether through its activities with companies or through the implementation of important structuring projects with a regional scope.

Strategically positioned north of Montreal and based on a simplified regional structure that facilitates consultation, Laval offers unique opportunities for Laval Innov to fully play its role as a catalyst for growth through innovation.
With the objective of promoting innovative entrepreneurship in Laval, Laval Innov produced the Simplement Audacieux podcast, published an annual magazine on Laval innovations and organized the Forum IN! in the spring of 2022, which as of its first edition has brought together more than 150 innovation enthusiasts. In addition to other initiatives in the territory, Laval Innov aims to become an innovation broker for businesses in order to accelerate the transition from idea to market. More specifically, its objective is to put in place the best conditions so that the supported companies put social and environmental impact at the heart of their strategy, above and beyond the usefulness of their innovations.
Laval Innov is already positioned as a significant player in the management of new systems projects in Laval. Always guided by the desire to materialize innovative initiatives with a lasting impact, the Laval Innov team works with its partners on initiatives such as the technological showcase project – a network of connected lockers, which combines aspects of local purchasing and sustainable mobility. This substantial project is the first of its kind for Laval Innov, but many others in circular commercial economy, disruptive technologies and climate regulating agriculture, for example, are in the pipeline!
