• We provide environmentally friendly green spaces that use drought resistant plants and grow organic fruits and vegetables for our tenants to enjoy.
• Our properties are equipped with programmable sprinklers to avoid overwatering our green spaces.
• We have certified Beekeepers on our team that care for our bee hives located at many of our properties to help grow the local bee population.
• The use of pesticides and other harmful chemicals is limited.
• Recycling, compost, and waste diversion programs have been constructed at our properties.
• Investing in electric power tools allows us to move away from gas.
• Energy and water consumption is reduced by using energy saving appliances and LED fixtures.
• Heat recovery units have been installed to recover vented hot air.
• We support car sharing, bicycle commuting, and electric car charging stations.
• Active member of the Rental Apartment Efficiency Program sponsored by Fortis BC.
