Hunter Business Law

Who Is Your Best Business Partner?

Hunter Business Law was founded by Sheryl Hunter with the unique needs of entrepreneurs in mind, both in terms of its practice areas, which include corporate and contract work, securities, intellectual property, and mergers and acquisitions, and in terms of hiring attorneys who are highly responsive and adept at blending legal protection with business pragmatism. Our relationship with our clients is like that which is expected of in-house legal counsel. Our team of attorneys are interested, engaged, and dedicated counselors to our clients. We are accessible, without the full-time payroll obligations of in-house counsel. We may not be down the hall, but we are your counsel on call.
