OUR STORY
Flexology’s business proposition is unique in the Bristol market, in that we’re the only recruiters who are focused solely on professional appointments on a flexible basis. By this, we mean part-time and full-time roles with flexibility, such as compressed hours, home/office split, and early/late start and finish times.
Clients often come to us as they have tried a traditional approach themselves and also with other agencies and they have not found the talent they are looking for, with our business background and flexible working focus, we can help them to shape their roles to make them more innovative and attractive, and give them access to our network of talent. We have been able to fill roles where internal HR teams and other agencies have failed, working closely with our clients and using our insight to secure the right fit of skills and culture – and the best talent.
