Electrolux Group is one of the first companies in the world to achieve its Science Based Targets initiative carbon reduction goals in operations and products, the first to launch its own reverse logistics service for white goods in Brazil and, in 2022, it saved up to 3 billion liters of water in consumers’ households with its sold washing machines.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
The motto is #ComeAsYouAre. The company has clear goals for diversity, equity and inclusion, aiming to be a leader in the field. Globally, it plans to achieve 40% to 60% of women in leadership positions by 2030. In Brazil, this number is already 33%.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Group is actively involved in developing its operations alongside its surrounding communities. Programs such as ‘Like a Chef’, present in Curitiba (PR), São Carlos (SP), and Manaus (AM), offers training for people in social and economic vulnerability, teaching business administration and gastronomy for a more healthy and sustainable eating. The program achieved almost a 70% job placement rate.
BUSINESS
In 2023, the company announced investments exceeding R$ 700 million to build a new factory in São José dos Pinhais (PR). It will be the first 100% sustainable site in Latin America, with the goal of being carbon-neutral and with water and energy intelligent management
