INNOVATIONS IN ACTION
In 2012, Eckerd Kids developed Eckerd Rapid Safety Feedback® (ERSF) to battle an alarming increase of child abuse deaths in Hillsborough County, Florida. ERSF is a unique data analytics and coaching solution that identifies the highest risk cases and provides targeted support to the responsible staff. The success of ERSF in Florida has resulted in this nationally recognized program being deployed in nine states. Now, the innovative combination of coaching and predictive analytics used in ERSF is being applied to other pressing national challenges across the country.
