Diversified Insurance Group was founded in 2001 by two former Aon executives, Spence Hoole and Joe Henriod, who purchased Utah’s Aon operations. Today, we are still independently owned and operated, now with 9 equity shareholders and 65 amazing team members.

We have a strong national Cyber insurance reputation and are viewed by our peers and competitors alike as a thought leader in this space. Our Employee Benefits department services clients that range from two employees to 5,000+ employees. Additionally, our Benefits department has a retention rate of 92%, with mergers and acquisitions accounting for most of the clients who leave our firm.
