EXPANSION DESPITE THE PANDEMIC
CSG Law went remote at the beginning of the pandemic like many other businesses, but where the firm differed from others is that it fully embraced the accessibility and ease of videoconferencing technology to allow attorneys, employees, and clients to collaborate seamlessly. As conditions improved, the firm returned to the office in a hybrid model but not without learning a few lessons along the way.

Even before the pandemic, CSG Law was reevaluating its real estate needs with an eye on developing an office for tomorrow. Accordingly, the firm brought attorneys at various stages in their careers who represented a variety of practices together with C-suite administrators to establish a Lease Committee charged with developing an office for the next generation of leadership. Input from this team helped to outline the goals for the firm’s new headquarters, which resulted in the design and development of a future-forward, 120,000 square-foot office.

One of the most striking and innovative features of the new headquarters – aside from its expansive, three-story lobby carved out of the middle of the building – is that there are no landline telephones throughout the office. Instead, CSG Law’s headquarters utilizes an innovative video conferencing platform to enable audio and video communication seamlessly from any location.
