Being disengaged at work is a serious challenge. Globally, 87 percent of employees are disengaged. It has a ripple effect far beyond decreased productivity, customer satisfaction, creativity, and company profitability.

Conova AI’s founder, Sébastien Caron, who had studied Cognitive computing in Montreal and Paris, envisioned that augmented intelligence could be applied to solve talent engagement to improve talent attraction and retention: “I was always amazed by the impact that collective intelligence had throughout history. Early in my academic career, I’ve developed the firm belief that we could combine human insights with artificial intelligence insights to help us solve societies biggest challenges”.

Conova AI has helped large organizations like the National Bank of Canada (Top 10 Digital Workplace, 2008) and Ivanhoé Cambridge to develop modern employee experiences, designing and implementing solutions that leverage augmented intelligence as a design pattern to enhance cognitive performance, including searching, learning and decision making.

Strong from their previous transformation projects, Conova AI has also started developing in 2019 their own Talent Experience Platform to help talent find the shortest path to their dream job and help management attract & retain talents: “It’s imperative to improve Talent experience if organizations want to succeed Today, but we also believe that the current digitalization of the workplace will have an even bigger impact on how organizations will be managed overall. Our platform also aims at providing management with data driven insights to help them make better organizational decisions”.
