HAPPINESS. TO LIVE A HAPPIER AND MORE FULFILLING LIFE IS EVERY INDIVIDUAL’S ULTIMATE GOAL. WE OFTEN SEARCH FOR HAPPINESS OUTSIDE OF OURSELVES IN THINGS LIKE RELATIONSHIPS, CAREERS, HOBBIES, AND MATERIAL POSSESSIONS. BUT WE FORGET TO RECOGNIZE THAT SUSTAINABLE HAPPINESS CAN BE CULTIVATED WITHIN ONESELF.

These are the thoughts of the founder of the company, Akshay Gupta. An art lover and happiness maven, Akshay found himself walking to his nearest art galleries every time he experienced stress. Having experienced bullying as a child, Akshay noticed how anxiety, stress and burnout from the ongoing hustle culture affected the youth around him.

Growing up, art proved to be a loyal companion and a powerful tool for improving Akshay’s mental health. It provided a creative outlet, reduced stress and anxiety, and enhanced his self esteem and mood. He believed that while this current generation’s technology boom
posed challenges to creating happiness, it can also provide solutions to the challenges faced by them. In other words, technology can be a double-edged sword, capable of both harming and helping us. The key lies in how we use technology and the tools it offers us. With the right approach, it can be leveraged to help us achieve greater happiness and well-being.

Thus, was born Bit Happier, a decentralised platform bringing neuroscience, social networking, and financial tools together to assist individuals in achieving greater happiness. Utilizing an individual’s mood responses, Brain’s overall health, sleep, and activity levels, Bit Happier aims to use visual art as a tool for happiness. The artificial intelligence driven platform, along with a team of experts in the field of psychology, psychiatry, art and spirituality, analyses the individual’s input and recommends positive habits and behaviours.

A unique innovation in the field of Happiness research, Bit Happier aims to tokenize the process. Tokenizing happiness would essentially involve assigning a certain value or reward to individuals to achieve or experience certain levels of happiness. Bit Happier, aims to tokenize happiness by providing Bit Happier points to its users for improving their mood and brain health, balancing sleep, increasing physical activity and reducing stress.

In collaboration with leading Mental Health professionals of the field who bring in knowledge and expertise, we put together reward-based activities and recommendations using the AI platform to never let Bit Happier users stray from their paths of happiness.

Today, Akshay and the Bit Happier team are dedicated to bringing these tools and resources to individuals and communities to improve their well-being. With its focus on science, security, and community, Bit Happier is positioning itself as a leader in the growing field of digital mental health solutions.

As a company, Bit Happier brings together neuroscience, financial tools and social networking to help individuals and organisations become happier one bit at a time. As a platform, it offers evidence-based neuroscience tools and resources to help individuals and communities live happier and healthier lives.

The platform was created by Akshay Gupta, an individual with a passion for promoting art and happiness. With his personal experiences and extensive research, Akshay realised how art can evoke powerful emotions, stimulate cognitive abilities, foster social connections, and promote healing and well-being. Whether we create or just appreciate art, it has the power to enrich our lives in countless ways. Akshay’s vision of Bit Happier is to push the boundaries of research and understand the impact of Visual Art and positive experiences on the human brain.
