What does that mean?
Armed with a sincere drive to help people live healthier, Aaron took to innovation. He saw that the health and wellness industry catered to niche markets and specific demographics.
“I wanted to disrupt the health industry. So, we invested in innovation to formulate health products that are applicable to all audiences and everyday people. Customized formulations that help our entire community vs a niche market,” says Aaron Chin.
His focus, one that he communicates to every member in his organization, is that the mission is to focus on health for all (vs. just athletes or the Kim Ks of the world). He set out to innovate based on the needs of the community. Everyone in Organika can be themselves, bring their skillsets to the table and has a genuine passion to be better and create something.
How?
Through creating a robust and open customer service experience, Aaron’s team works hard to talk to all customers. You can DM, what’s app, call, email, or chat through the website, live with a customer service representative OR an actual nutritionist. By doing so, the feedback and intel provided from those seeking health is gold.
Using feedback directly from consumers, Aaron set out to innovate in a new market, with new consumers (listening to feedback and actioning it). He moved quickly to meet demands and listen to the folks through actioning to speak to their needs. This continues to be the formula today. This provides a 6-month advantage and to have quality products that resonates directly with those seeking health.
This format has allowed Organika to be the first North American company to build an entire line of collagens, in all formats, to fit all needs. The next is happening with electrolytes, vs. just one sub-set. Organika, through Aaron’s push for innovation, is truly leading in inclusive health.
