Innov & Export PME is a regional development organization that operates in several enterprises in the Lower St. Lawrence region. As the name suggests, its mission is twofold: innovation and exportation. Our organization supports businesses in the Lower St. Lawrence territory motivating their growth and promoting their innovation with a view to preparing them to export.
To ensure the quality and efficiency of exports, we believe that company innovation needs to be supported. We intervene in the entire value chain, with the aim of ensuring that exports contribute to the growth of the company and, eventually, the creation of attractive jobs in the region.
Our Innovation-Production service consists of implementing continuous improvement processes and upgrading and developing production processes and products. Our interventions are focused on maximizing performance and competitiveness in an efficient and systematic way, with innovative solutions that are adapted to the specific realities of each company.
We support companies in the realization of their innovation projects, particularly through the implementation of new mechanization, automation, and robotics technologies. Companies we support can enhance their production by improving or developing manufacturing processes, improving, or creating new products, or training their personnel. The Innov & Export PME team’s interventions in companies contribute to the development of an industry that generates prosperity for its region and for Quebec.
