Aliments Santé is supported by the ACCORD arm of Québec’s Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie and by the City of Québec. The organization helps food processors implement collaborative knowledge building projects and facilitates networking activities to create business opportunities and promote industry expertise.
In June 2021, through its role as a catalyst for industry players and its close collaboration with research centres, Aliments Santé was appointed to oversee MYCÉLIUM, the food incubator dedicated to innovative start-ups in Québec City.
