A 65,000 square foot multi-tenant laboratory building provides critical space for companies that have outgrown traditional incubators but still require specialized research environments. A 21,600 square foot office building offers flexible workspaces tailored to the evolving needs of expanding startups across industries. At the heart of the complex lies the Pennovation Center, a 50,000 square foot incubator that serves as a launchpad for emerging ventures. The cohort participates in weekly educational sessions presented by subject matter experts where each company is paired with an experienced mentor to advise them on their journey.
