My journey with RJ Young began while I was still a student at Ole Miss, working alongside my father and learning the business from the ground up. Back then, Nashville was a very different city – still rooted in tradition, but the seeds of change were beginning to sprout. Today, Nashville is a thriving hub of business, innovation, and culture. Watching this city transform has been one of the great privileges of my career – and guiding RJ Young through its own transformation has been just as rewarding.
For decades, RJ Young was synonymous with office equipment. Copiers, printers, scanners – tools every business needed. But as technology advanced, our customers’ needs shifted. They required IT support, cybersecurity, AV integration, and streamlined communications. We could have clung to the past. Instead, we chose to adapt.
