She is a Strategist & Coach. As a Strategist, she is certified in PRINCE 2 and trained in Microsoft Tools & Techniques, Microsoft Project and Leadership Development, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Project & Logistics Management. She has extensive experience in Strategy, Project Management & Implementation Planning as a Consultant, Coach and Trainer.

She also trains Brand Building, Sales & Pitching and Service Excellence. As a Coach, Shaka is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, Transformational Coach and Performance Coach, having coached clients up to CEO executive level for entities with a turnover of 300+ million Pula and headed strategies for growth of up to a Billion Pula. She is practical, constructive and action focused in nature, as proven by her successes in both personal and corporate environments.

She has been engaged in various industries ranging from Education, Banking, Mining, Trade, Financial Services and Telecommunications. She is driven by the concept of Self-Transformation.  Shaka is a student of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University and does meditation commentary for various groups as part of her tutelage, and applying such techniques as part of her coaching.
