Sandhya Mendonca wears many hats: Media Entrepreneur, Writer,  Storyteller, Cultural Evangelist. A veteran journalist, she is the Founder, MD & Editor-in-Chief of Raintree Media,a transmedia company. A longstanding partner of the Global Village Publishing network, Raintree Media has published several books that showcase the success of Indian companies, with the latest being INNOVATE™ Bengaluru.

As an author, Sandhya has been published by Penguin Random House and Westland. Among her noteworthy books are ‘Disrupt & Conquer – How TTK Prestige became a billion dollar companywhich was in the Amazon Editor’s picks as Memorable Books of 2018 and Best of business & leadership from 2018 and Reva EV: India’s Green Gift to the World .  

Sandhya has founded India’s first multi-arts women’s cultural festival, Under The Raintree women’s cultural festival, and has successfully conducted 2 editions, showcasing more than 150 performers, speakers and artists.

She is frequently invited to speak /moderate discussions on a range of subjects.
