Originally from Botswana, Lyllian pursued higher education in business at the prestigious Queensland University of Technology in Australia. After graduation, she moved to London, where she honed her skills and expertise in the fashion sector.
In London, Lyllian demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by starting her first business, a fashion distribution agency, and running an independent luxury boutique. Her ventures quickly gained recognition, solidifying her reputation in the fashion industry. Since 2006, Lyllian has been a resident of Stockholm, Sweden, and proudly acquired Swedish citizenship. Her career in Sweden has been marked by significant contributions to renowned fashion companies, including ACNE, Mulberry, Tommy Hilfiger, and MQ. In these roles, she held various management positions and was a key player in introducing processes and driving organizational change. Additionally, Lyllian has actively collaborated with and worked for start-ups in Stockholm, such as Häxan and Solensmat, where she provided strategic guidance and leveraged her industry insights.
Lyllian’s entrepreneurial endeavors extend beyond fashion into the hospitality sector. She worked with the Regent Group Hotels in Botswana at the start-up stage as Head of PR and Marketing, showcasing her versatility and leadership in different industries. Additionally, she founded and managed two successful businesses in hospitality and lifestyle events in her native Botswana, demonstrating her ability to create and sustain thriving ventures.
In her latest role, Lyllian has joined Innovations of the World as a Publishing Partner, bringing her extensive experience and dynamic approach to their team.
