Britto holds a degree in Advertising and Journalism and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. He has over 40 years of experience in marketing and sales. He has worked in companies such as Grupo Pão de Açúcar, DPZ, Young & Rubican, W / Brasil, among others, always in the areas of customer service and planning.
At Wunderman (global direct marketing leader) he was General Manager for five years, working in Latin America at the head of eleven regional offices. Later, at Ogilvy Public Relations (leader in Public Relations – USA) he was General Manager Brazil, being responsible LATAM for accounts such as DUPONT and Motorola. Before Ogilvy, for two years, he was Publisher of Forbes magazine, accumulating in Grupo Docas the Directorship of Gazeta Juris and position on the Editorial Board of Gazeta Mercantil. He reformulated the Forbes operation, recreated the Prêmio Mulheres, managed the sale of Gazeta Júris Inc and the acquisition process of Editora Peixes. In 2008, he left the corporate market to create his own consultancy company. During this period, he carried out more than eighty projects of integrated communication and crisis management processes for companies such as Copagaz, WV Caminhões, Salomão Zoppi, Instituto Lado a Lado, Allianz, QDI, Instituto Adiante, Aflalo e Gasperini, Accenture, among others.
From 2016 to 2017, he worked at the Olympic Public Authority at the invitation of the Federal Government in crisis management and in the creation of the Olympic Memory. He was a university professor (ESPM, FAAP, ANHEMBI) for 12 years, has 10 books published in the areas of business and entrepreneurship and is a Board Member certified by the IBGC, serving on several Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards.
