As a leader, I’ve always believed that success isn’t measured solely by the milestones we achieve but by the way we inspire others to grow and excel alongside us. When I joined the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District, my vision was clear: to create an organization that not only excels operationally but also serves as a model of innovation and values-driven leadership.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of leadership is empowering others to reach their full potential. Change is inevitable in any organization,but I’ve learned that navigating it requires a blend of vision and adaptability. Whether transforming our terminal into a state-of-the-art facility or expanding our cargo operations to connect South Carolina to global markets, every step has been driven by a commitment to serve our community better.
