FOUNDED IN 2015 IN BRENTWOOD, TN, FREIGHTWISE HAS BECOME A TRUSTED PARTNER FOR ITS CUSTOMERS, PROVIDING TRANSPORTATION EXPERTISE AND TECHNOLOGY TO DRIVE EFFICIENCY AND INNOVATION FOR BUSINESSES.

Agile transportation technology and solutions
FreightWise offers flexible Transportation Management System (TMS) technology to SMB and mid-market businesses through FreightWise TMS and Kuebix TMS. By empowering businesses to streamline operations and enhance visibility across their supply chains, FreightWise simplifies transportation management for businesses of all sizes.
Meeting SMB and mid-market needs
Dedicated from the start to serving SMB and mid-market businesses. FreightWise recognized the challenges in deploying TMS technology–difficult implementations, high level of complexity, cost prohibitive, and ultimately hard to use. By providing transportation management solutions and developing intuitive, flexible technology, FreightWise caters to the unique needs of previously underserved smaller businesses.

Brentwood born and based
Deeply rooted in Brentwood and Nashville, FreightWise’s growth has been fueled by the supportive environment of the Nashville community. With strong ties to the local business ecosystem, FreightWise has flourished over the years, earning recognition on the Inc. 5000 list six consecutive times. FreightWise also has longstanding Nashville-based customers such as Aladdin Temp-Rite (ALI Group) and F9 Brands Inc. (formerly Lumber Liquidators).
Better together
In a strategic move in 2023, FreightWise acquired Kuebix, a renowned TMS provider from Trimble (NASD: TRMB), expanding into software only solutions. Post-acquisition, Kuebix continues to grow with over 20,000 users. At the start of 2025, Kuebix launched OnKue, an entry-level TMS solution to provide basic TMS functionality for less than $100 per month.
Looking forward
As FreightWise continues to evolve, its commitment to delivering innovative transportation solutions remains unwavering. From enhancing entry-level technology to expanding its preferred carrier program, FreightWise is committed to providing cost-effective, customer-centric transportation management services across various modes.

“After years of working in and around the industry, we knew we could use technology to help shippers save money, especially small-to-medium-sized shippers, where low-to-medium volumes, irregular shipping schedules, and a lack of technology drove up their costs. As we move into the next decade of the FreightWise journey, we are excited to expand upon this offering to both our customers and carrier partners.”
