Michael Gribov is the CEO of Impact 21, a global consulting firm dedicated to helping governments and businesses tackle geopolitical challenges, deploy innovative institutional solutions, and leverage strategic communications to promote human dignity for all.
A seasoned organizational leader, Michael’s career began in finance at Key Bank and Morgan Stanley in Cleveland, OH, and includes work at institutions of higher education, transnational corporations, and nonprofit organizations. He has partnered with organizations on both sides of the Atlantic, and designed projects for developing countries.
Michael has also directed a forum in the Israeli parliament that conducted dialogue with the diplomatic corps, focused on regional issues that have global implications, like peace in the Middle East and the nuclearization of Iran.
He has served in the U.S. government as a foreign affairs analyst at the State Department, responsible for eastern European affairs, and as a committee staffer in Congress at the US House of Representatives, overseeing operations in the Middle East.
Michael studied economics at the University of Cambridge, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from Miami University of Ohio, and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Planning and International Relations from Georgetown University.
