Joshua Opoku Agyemang, widely known as The IoT Evangelist, is a trailblazing technology leader and one of Africa’s most influential voices in innovation, STEM, and youth empowerment. As the Lead of Innovate Ghana, the regional chapter of Innovations of the World, Joshua is shaping a future where African ingenuity drives global impact.
He currently serves as Co-founder and President of IoT Network Hub, President of Rethink Africa Intelligence, and Chief Evangelist Officer of STEMAIDE Africa, building powerful platforms that equip young Africans with digital, AI, and emerging technology skills. Under his leadership, these organizations have nurtured resilient innovators across 20+ countries and empowered more than 50,000 youth with practical pathways to meaningful careers and enterprises.
Joshua’s work has earned international acclaim, including features on BBC, Forbes Africa’s “100 Innovations, Inventions and Icons from Africa”, and the UNDP Ai4Dev Magazine. He is a multiple award recipient in innovation, STEM, and leadership, including recognition by the African Entrepreneurship Award and mentorship excellence honors.
